Wellness includes a wide selection of topics from healthy eating and sun safety to stress management and smoking cessation. These seminars are popular as lunchtime programs. Identifying warning signs and taking active steps to manage job stress is critical to professional survival. Develop coping skills that will help you leave work at the office.

Matching proven techniques that work best with your symptoms of stress will maximize results. You will learn several effective techniques to learn to relax.

  • MEDITATION: PRACTICE MAKES PEACEFUL

Learn how to improve techniques that help quiet the mind and practice the art of meditation. Through experiential components, participants will practice coming into a meditative state.

  • THE POWER OF YOGA

This ancient practice has so much to offer us. Participants should wear comfortable clothing to practice stretching and breathing techniques. All will feel energized and relaxed at the end of the program.

  • ACCENTUATE THE POSITIVE, ELIMINATE THE NEGATIVE

This Attitude Adjustment hour will help participants learn to practice the power of positive thinking. Learning to change our perceptions from half empty to half full, and from “I can’t” to “I can” leads to better outcomes and improved sense of well-being.

Change the way you feel about yourself. Learn how to build confidence and esteem. By examining your attitudes you will gain a better understanding of how to establish good habits that
